Slew Drive Horizontal Single Axis Solar Tracker
Working Principle:
Automatic trackers direct solar panels or modules toward the sun.
These devices change their orientation throughout the day to follow
the sun’s path to maximize energy capture.
Single-axis solar trackers rotate on one axis moving back and forth
in a single direction.
Solar tracking mount adopts the mode of "astronomical algorithm +
closed-loop control" to automatically track the position of the sun
and improve the overall power generation of the PV power station
system.
The single axis solar tracker can move the angle of the tracker in
one direction as the day progresses. We will help you choose the
best direction for the single axis to pivot, but in general it will
pivot in a roughly East to West orientation. The solar panel will
begin the day facing the sunrise, and end it facing towards the
sunset.
HWL controller uses high-accuracy astronomical algorithm to
calculate the sun's angle, combined with a high-performance micro
controller, to make the system calculate the position accurately
and reliably and to adapt to a wide range of operating environments
without the interference of rainy days.
The self-developed reverse tracking algorithm further improves the
power generation efficiency of solar panels, modeling according to
the obstruction of different regions and terrain, and setting
algorithm optimization strategies. Ensure that the solar panels
always work in a state of no shadows, increase the power generation
of the solar panels, and extend the service life of the solar
panels.
Functions:
1. Information collection function
Real-time acquisition of component tilt Angle; Real-time
acquisition of weather conditions, coordinate position, altitude,
time and other information;
2. Backtracking function
Reduces shading and maximizes power generation;
3. Night reset function
At night, the components are restored to the initial maximum wind
resistance state, and the errors caused by the day's operation are
eliminated to ensure the accuracy of the entire tracking system;
4. Intelligent feedback
The controller adopts the inclination sensor of the international
brand. Real-time closed-loop feedback tracks the tracking angle of
the bracket, fully automatic tracking, without manual intervention.
